Senior People & Organization Development

Responsibilities:

• End to End Talent Acquisition process (Hiring - Onboarding)

• Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.

• Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.

• Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets Identify High Performer High Competent/potential people in organization (Talent Mapping) Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.

• Create competency models Develop methods of measuring performance management aligns with organizational goals.

• Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.

• Recommend training and development systems.

• Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.

• Maintain people mobility (promotion, mutation, demotion) Maintain Manpower Planning within the organization

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 Years Experience in Talent Acquisition, People & Organization Development Field

• Have an experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Have an experience in creating organization chart/ structure Knowledge in Learning & Development

• Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking Familiar with data analysis & Performance Management Operations Tools

• Tech Savvy, curious to explore new technology to make work more effective
