Senior Pre Sales

Are you an experienced professional in marketing, CRM, or digital solutions who’s passionate about helping businesses transform through technology? We’re looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Salesforce Consultant — someone who understands customer engagement, marketing automation, and digital transformation, and is eager to grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Senior Pre-Sales Salesforce Consultant, you’ll partner with our sales and delivery teams to design and present Salesforce-based solutions to enterprise clients. You don’t need prior Salesforce experience — if you have a strong background in marketing, CRM platforms, or digital strategy, we’ll provide training and mentorship to help you master Salesforce quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and propose CRM or marketing automation solutions.

Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Translate marketing and business requirements into conceptual Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud).

Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts with internal teams.

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and customer engagement trends.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, digital solutions, or consulting.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, campaign management, and digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Willing to learn Salesforce — training and certification support will be provided.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Adobe, etc.) is a strong plus.
