Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders and users to define product requirements, understand user needs, and align with business goals. Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user flows and wireframes. Create high-quality visual designs including mockups, prototypes, and interactive prototypes using Figma or other design tools. Design and implement user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines. Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience. Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility of design implementation and provide design support during development. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to design work. Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field (relevant experience may substitute formal education). Proven 3–5 years of experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in solving design problems (candidates without a portfolio will not be considered). Proficient in Figma or other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to design decisions. Excellent visual and communication skills to clearly present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and user testing methodologies is a plus.
