- Strong communication and negotiation skills - Required years of experience ranging from at least 3 years of total working experience in recruitment/headhunting - Experience as a recruiter in a Fitness Industry is a big plus - Experience handling and communicating with senior/managerial/executive level - Competitive and ambitious - Self-starter, high initiative, and very motivated - Don’t give up easily upon rejection - Creative and always find other ways that work - Agile and adaptable - Have a growth mindset - Data-driven and Problem solver - Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English - Willing to be placed in Tangerang Area. - Can join as soon as posible
