Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities • Acquire new SME/business clients for financing products • Generate leads through networking and market mapping • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Understand clients’ financing needs and business profiles • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the financing process • Achieve portfolio and sales targets
Requirements • 2–5 years experience in SME financing, commercial banking, P2P lending, or B2B financial sales • Strong hunter mentality and client acquisition experience • Familiar with financial statements and lending discussions • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Background from SME banking or fintech lending is preferred
