Requirement: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Several years of experience in production planning and inventory control, with a proven track record of leadership - Proficiency in using Ms. Excel with complicated formulas - Good communication in English, oral and written - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Job Description: - Develop and implement production plans to meet sales demand while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency - Manage the inventory control process, including setting and maintaining appropriate inventory levels - Lead a team of production planners and inventory control planner staff - Collaborate with other departments - Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to address issues or changes in demand - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Receiving order and collecting - Communication with sales - Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and historical data to create inventory plans - Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations - Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries of materials or products - Identify slow moving or obsolete inventory control policies and procedures - Work closely with production and supply chain teams to coordinate inventory movements
