Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leader Shift Food Manufacturing position located in Bogor. The role involves overseeing the daily food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The leader will manage the food service operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure effective communication within the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing

• Strong Communication skills

• Knowledge in the Food Manufacturing

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is beneficial

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food manufacturing

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology. Industrial Engineers, or related

• Min. 3 years in food manufacturing
