Shop Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and communicative individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant / Shop Keeper. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.

• Provide information on products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

• Ensure product stock is maintained and conduct routine inventory checks.

• Assist with organizing and displaying merchandise.

• Handle customer transactions accurately at the cash register.

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

• Report issues or damaged items to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in English (basic to intermediate level preferred).

• Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Presentable, professional appearance.
