• Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in construction or site supervision. • Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards. • Experience working with property developers or in a contractor coordination role. • Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, schedules, and safety regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes. • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
