Site Manager (Fit Out Office Interior)

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Proficient in English (spoken, written, and read) – mandatory. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Office Interior Fit-Out projects. Expert in reading and interpreting technical shop drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management software. Strong understanding of building MEP systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership, and effective communication with both laborers and corporate clients. Physically fit and able to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple tenders simultaneously. Possession of a valid SIM A and/or SIM C (driver’s license) is preferred. Responsibilities: On-Site Leadership: Direct and supervise all phases of the fit-out process. Timeline Oversight: Manage the “look-ahead” schedule to prevent bottlenecks and ensure the project meets the client’s strict move-in date. Safety & Compliance: Enforce Health & Safety (HSE) protocols and maintain an organized, professional site environment. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), IT/AV integrators, and custom joinery teams. Quality Excellence: Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) to ensure high standards and client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain the site diary and provide clear, data-driven daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
