In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and site management, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Based in Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Bali, you will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of construction plans. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of construction and site management to ensure timely completion of projects. - Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to coordinate construction activities. - Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. - Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all site activities and project progress. - Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and the environment. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who are male and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong teamwork and leadership skills. Key skills required include proficiency in AutoCAD, Architectural Design, Google SketchUp, and Civil Engineering. Experience with drafting and project management software is also highly desirable.
