Site Project Supervisor - Civil Restaurant

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with related parties like Engineering Mall, Architect, and Contractor.

• Supervise Engineering work, Interior, and ME

• Responsible for material used according to agreement

• Making daily and weekly progress report in the field.

• Minimalize mistake on the field that will add extra cost.

• Making work permit application and coordinate with Mall

• Documenting all document needed for on going project.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering

• Experience in civil, electrical and building maintenance.

• Having minimum 4 years experience in similar position, preferably in F&B Industry or Hospitality

• Able to use computer (Auto cad, Ms. Project, Ms. Office and Ms. Excel).

• Detail oriented and organize

• Have good communication and coordination skill

• Available to join as soon as possible.
