Smelter Operation Readiness - Foreman, Business Process Compliance & Improvement

- S1 Degree in Business or Systems Analysis or equivalent with 5 years experience in cataloging, warehousing, inventory control or materials purchasing. - Extensive knowledge of various materials qualities, types and relevant materials standards as well as physical identification of mining and mobile equipment related spares. - Expert knowledge in operating procedure development. - Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects Microsoft Office Applications and specialized databases such as MSDS. - Excellent technical communications skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. - High level of ethics and personal integrity. A team player. - Analytical thinking and problem solving. - High level of leadership skill with ability to create own measures of excellence. - Other PTFI mandatory competencies.
