The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via DM (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
Handle customer complaints and questions in a polite & professional manner
Maintain fast response time and consistent tone of voice
Create Video Content
Record customer inquiries and orders
Track frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Report daily/weekly DM activity (response rate, leads, sales)
Qualifications
Proficiency in many social media platforms and also Video Editing
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fast response & multitasking
Customer service mindset
Basic sales skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
