Social Media & Affiliate Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media content strategies aligned with business objectives

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas that follow trends and drive engagement as well as sales

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.)

• Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports for evaluation and strategy improvement

• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with affiliates relevant to the brand

• Manage relationships with affiliates and ensure collaborations run effectively to drive conversions

Qualifications:

• Female, maximum 26 years old

• Prior experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator is a plus

• Creative, up to date with social media trends, and strong in storytelling

• Solid understanding of insights, engagement rates, and social media KPIs

• Confident in front of the camera is an advantage

• Proactive, communicative, and highly self-initiated

• Familiar with CapCut or similar mobile editing tools

• Results oriented, focused not only on likes but also on engagement, traffic, and sales

• Well-organized, able to work independently, and responsible from ideation to content publishing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the key factors that drive viral content
