Social Media Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across social media platforms - Lead social media content calendars for multiple clients - Align content strategy with clients goals, campaigns and brand positioning - Stay ahead of platform updates, trends and algorithm changes - Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert - Lead the development of engaging, high-quality content (copy, visuals, video scripts). - Work cross-functionally with the project manager and design teams to ensure brand consistency. - Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time and on-brief
Requirements: 2+ years of social media experience (creative agency or multi-brand preferred) Proven track record of growing and managing multiple accounts Demonstrated success in managing accounts across social media platforms. Compelling content creation & storytelling. Must be proficient in English (written and spoken) Strategic mindset, not just posting, but planning and optimizing
