- Manage and oversee all brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X) - Develop and implement creative and engaging content strategies aligned with the brand identity - Create a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts - Write compelling captions in accordance with the brand’s tone of voice - Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and fostering positive interactions - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies - Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and video content - Analyze content performance and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies - Understand the basics of Digital Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Ads) and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize paid campaigns
