Responsibilities • Develop creative, engaging, and entertaining short- form video concepts tailored to USS Feed. • Lead the end-to-end content process, from ideation, scriptwriting, and storyboarding to production, editing, and publishing. • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and recommend improvements. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience with social media platforms (agency or in-house). • Strong skills in content creation and video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). • Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms and engagement drivers. • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. • Creative, consistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiastic about media, culture, lifestyle, and the kind of stories USS Feed tells. • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
