Job Description: We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Female Social Media Manager to handle the production, editing, and posting of content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating viral content and expanding brand presence on various social media channels, including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

-Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

-Produce and edit high-quality visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.

-Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

-Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

-Experiment with new ideas and formats to drive user engagement and virality.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or eCommerce industry.

-Demonstrated success in creating viral content and growing social media presence.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
