Responsibilities:





Develop and execute content plans and social media strategies aligned with brand goals through audience and platform research.



Create, edit, and manage engaging digital content to drive traffic, promote campaigns, and boost audience engagement.



Monitor and evaluate social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with data-driven recommendations.



Manage audience interactions by responding to comments and messages across platforms promptly and professionally.



Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to produce impactful visuals and copy; proficient in Meta Ads and social media advertising tools.



Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations, preferably under 35 years old.



Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing social media.



Creative and skilled in developing engaging content and campaigns across platforms.



Proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, and major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).



Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and latest features.



Excellent analytical, copywriting, and communication skills.



Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.



Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
