Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices; familiarity with Facebook and YouTube. Excellent English writing and communication skills; sharp design sense and knowledge of basic design principles. Experience in community management; literacy in SEO, web traffic, and social KPIs. Highly organized, deadline-driven; independent yet collaborative; adaptable to change. Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Google Slides. Responsibilities: Produce Instagram posts, Stories, Reels, and TikTok content; write on-brand captions for urban professionals, socially active audiences, and style-conscious Millennials/Gen Z; collaborate with creators and designers. Own and manage the cross-brand content calendar; balance product, UGC, lifestyle, and campaign content; leverage trends; align with seasonal drops, collaborations, and events. Monitor community engagement daily; reply to comments/DMs; identify and manage influencers/micro-influencers; surface community insights. Schedule posts, track reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion; deliver monthly reports with clear action points.
