Social Media Specialist - Makassar

Job Description:

• Design and setup innovative communication strategies specifically tailored for our merchants both within the app and on social media platforms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication.

• Maintain professional relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs and addressing their queries effectively.

• Generate engaging content for in-app notifications, announcements, and social media posts.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary improvements.

• Ensure all communications are in line with the company’s brand image, and guidelines.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in any field, prefer specialized in Journalist / Communication

• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in Bahasa & English

• Experience and passionate in writing content and social media contents

• Creative minded

• Able to do multiple projects with tight deadline and able to demonstrate his/her initiatives

• Proficient with Microsoft application (Words, Excel, Power Point) and has skilled in design minimum using Canva / Photoshop

• Proven track record of building engaging communication strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using social media platforms for business.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams
