Job Description:
Design and setup innovative communication strategies specifically tailored for our merchants both within the app and on social media platforms.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication.
Maintain professional relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs and addressing their queries effectively.
Generate engaging content for in-app notifications, announcements, and social media posts.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary improvements.
Ensure all communications are in line with the company’s brand image, and guidelines.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in any field, prefer specialized in Journalist / Communication
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in Bahasa & English
Experience and passionate in writing content and social media contents
Creative minded
Able to do multiple projects with tight deadline and able to demonstrate his/her initiatives
Proficient with Microsoft application (Words, Excel, Power Point) and has skilled in design minimum using Canva / Photoshop
Proven track record of building engaging communication strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using social media platforms for business.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams
