Social Media Specialist

Job Description * Develop and execute creative content strategies for TikTok & Instagram. * Generate relevant content ideas, hooks, scripts, and copy for different brands and audiences. * Develop content concepts based on brand objectives and audience behavior. * Develop monthly content plans, editorial calendars, and performance reports with clear learnings and recommendations. * Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to bring content ideas to life. Qualifications * Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, Media Studies, or other relevant fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media/Content Strategy/ Content Creation. * Strong conceptual thinking and ability to tum briefs into engaging content ideas. * Strong copywriting skills for hooks, captions, scripts, and brand messaging. * Willing to learn and understand different brands, audiences, and client preferences. * Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends and audience behavior. * Basic understanding of digital marketing. * Creative, curious, and proactive in exploring new content ideas and trends. * Proficient in CapCut or other social media editing tools. * Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
