SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST Job Description: * Develop, produce, and edit high-quality, on-brand content—including photo, video, and copywriting—and adapt it across formats to suit the requirements of each social media platform. * Own the end-to-end social media content calendar, from ideation to scheduling, ensuring alignment with campaigns, key dates, and business priorities. * Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring, to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms. * Capture real-time content during events and activations, working closely with photographers and videographers to ensure creative output aligns with content objectives and storytelling needs. * Apply platform best practices to maximize content reach and engagement, while managing community interactions to build strong, positive relationships with the audience. * Execute content for marketing campaigns and brand activations, ensuring all output is cohesive, on-strategy, and compliant with brand guidelines and quality standards. * Track content performance and derive actionable insights, stay ahead of social media trends and cultural conversations, and maintain organized, well-documented content assets for efficient team workflow.
