Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media content strategies in alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals. • Create and manage high quality content, including coordinating with internal teams or external creators. • Oversee daily posting activities and maintain an organized workflow. • Monitor audience interactions; including comments, direct messages, tags, mentions. • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports. • Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes. • Collaborate with cross functional teams and coordinate with influencers or external partners. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices, with proficiency in Instagram Insights or similar tools. • Basic photo/video editing skills and familiarity with commonly used content creation applications. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Experience with influencer coordination or creator partnerships, as well as involvement in brand-building activities and general digital marketing concepts.
