In Indonesia more than 10% of children under the age of 5 die from diarrheal diseases caused by dirty drinking water. Not only that, but the country is the worlds second largest marine plastic polluter at 70 tones per day. 

Invented in Guatemala, ceramic pot filter technology has been proven for over 40 years to be a cost effective and culturally appropriate technology for getting safe drinking water into the most vulnerable homes. 

Terra manufactures its own water filters from 100% natural, local materials using a zero waste manufacturing process. Filters eliminate the need for plastic water bottles of any kind. They use clay, activated carbon and colloidal silver to make 100% pure drinking water from the tap, well, rivers, the rain or any other freshwater source. 

Terra works with a network of local and international organizations that help us identify and deliver filters to families in Indonesia with the most need, and educate them on good WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene).

Position Type: Internship. This is an internship position reporting directly to the Program Manager.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm (Candidate with different working hours capability still can apply, we will review the application and your experience)

Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience, along with consideration of the candidate’s working hours



Responsibilities:





Assist program managers in building training materials for the social program



Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to define evaluation criteria, data collection processes, and reporting requirements.



Conduct impact assessments and evaluations at different stages of program implementation to identify areas for improvement and inform program decision-making.



Assist in creating presentations and reports of our social programs to internal and external stakeholders.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to integrate impact-tracking efforts into overall program strategies.



Conduct capacity building and training sessions for the community or partners



Qualification:





Final year student or fresh graduate in a relevant field, such as social sciences, environment, water management, and others.



Proven experience working with internal or external stakeholders



Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.



Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.



Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



Experience using Canva is a plus
