Qualifications:
• Male/Female
• Minimum education: High School/Diploma (relevant field preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (hospitality experience
preferred)
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
• Able to work in a team and under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to guests according to Swissôtel and Accor standards
• Handle duties according to each position's operational scope
• Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and quality standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle rests professionally
• Coordinate with team members to suppurt smooth daily operations
