Spa Therapist (DW)

• Male / Female (as per position requirement) • Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields • Relevant experience in 4–5 star hotel or luxury hospitality industry according to the position applied • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) • Good leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills • Guest-oriented, professional, and service excellence mindset • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Well-groomed and presentable appearance • Strong understanding of hotel operations and luxury service standards • For DW positions: experience in similar roles is preferred, fresh graduates may apply depending on role
