• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude

• Strong attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

• Ability to assist the guests with questions regarding spa services, and products

• Ability to responsibly handle administrative tasks and scheduling all the bookings into the Google Calendar
