Spa Therapist

Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist at Nadi Hotel Legian, you will deliver a high standard of wellness treatments and customer service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and relaxing spa experience. You will be responsible for performing a variety of spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, while maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the treatment rooms and spa areas. Your goal is to create a serene and therapeutic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience and upholds the hotel's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments including massage, facials, and other therapies as per standards.

• Greet clients, assess needs, and provide personalized service recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and common spa areas.

• Promote spa treatments, products, and packages to guests to enhance their experience and maximize sales.

• Monitor guest comfort during treatments and adjust techniques as needed.

• Keep up-to-date with industry techniques and hotel spa protocols.

• Assist with spa reception duties if required.

• Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and maintained properly.

• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center environment.

• Proficient in a wide range of treatments (e.g., Balinese massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, facials).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a calm, professional demeanor.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.

• Flexible and adaptable with a strong team spirit.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Able to speak English both written and spoken
