Responsibilities: 

Product Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and copywriters to create accurate and compelling product listings. Enter product details, descriptions, prices, and images into the ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia) while ensuring consistency and accuracy. 

Optimize product images and descriptions to enhance visual appeal and SEO. Customer Service and Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing information, assistance, and support. 

Address customer concerns and resolve issues regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product inquiries. Monitor and engage with customer reviews, comments, and feedback on the website and social media channels. 

Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process customer orders, including order entry, payment verification, and shipping coordination. 

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Track order shipments and communicate delivery status to customers. 

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate with the warehouse to restock products as needed. 

Update product availability and stock levels on the website to prevent overselling. 

Website Maintenance and Optimization: Assist in updating website content, including product launches, pricing changes, promotions, and banners. 

Conduct regular website audits to ensure accurate product information, functioning links, and user-friendly navigation. 

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret ecommerce data, including sales reports, traffic patterns, and customer behavior. 

Generate weekly/monthly reports to provide insights into key performance metrics and trends. 

Identify opportunities for improvement and growth based on data analysis.
