SPV E-COMMERCE

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor E-Commerce to join our dynamic team at PT Aroma Prima Livindo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring we deliver an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Cipondoh Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including nventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimise the overall performance of our e-commerce channels

• Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on e-commerce performance and strategies Mentor and develop a team of e-commerce specialists to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and data analysis software

• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry regulations

• Able to work shifting
