Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, open-minded, and people-loving Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. Your main role is to ensure every visitor has an exceptional and personal experience from the moment they step into the store. You will assist customers throughout their perfume-making journey, engage in a meaningful conversations, and build genuine connections that turn one-time visitors into lifelong friends of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with international customers in a warm and approachable manner

• Guide and assist customers during their perfume-making experience

• Build strong, authentic relationships with customers by showing genuine interest in their stories

• Communicate our brand’s values and the concept behind the perfume experience clearly and enthusiastically

• Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer journey

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds

• Comfortable initiating conversations and making customers feel at home

• Passionate about delivering memorable experiences, not just transactions

• Interested in fragrances, creativity, and personal storytelling

• Open-minded and curious to learn from others

• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but not required
