Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively

  • Recommending local attractions, activities, and dining options to enhance the guest experience

  • Coordinating and arranging various guest services, such as transportation, reservations, and concierge requests

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions and services provided

  • Collaborating with the broader team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a concierge or front desk capacity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of popular attractions, activities, and dining options

  • A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine interest in providing a memorable guest experience
