Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities :

• Procurement Administration

• Manage filing and documentation of Purchase Orders, contracts, and procurement records.

• Support contract preparation, monitoring, and approval processes. • Prepare monthly procurement reports and dashboards.

• Financial & Secretarial Support

• Handle payments, and related reporting.

• Arrange travel, meetings, and expenses for the Supply Chain Department.

• Provide administrative support and documentation during audits.

• Procurement Operations Assistance

• Prepare daily PR–PO performance reports.

• Support buyers with contract amendments via Zycus and PR–PO execution in SAP.

• Coordinate vendor communication, order follow-up, and shipment schedules.

Requirements :

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Secretarial or Administrative Studies).

•Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement administration.

•Excellent communication and coordination skills.

•Confident, proactive, and a fast learner.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
