Job descriptions: 1. Responsible for all import, and export duties ,finance, accounting, including shipment tracking, etc; 2. Supervises and coordinates finance, accounting, import, and export. 3. Ensure that they are monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy and in compliance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedure 4. Assist Warehouse and Logistic Supplier Management 5. Negotiation and communication with buyers to arrange import delivery schedules 6. Manage shipments of Document Import (Form E, BL, PIB, etc.) 7. Handling technical problems in the field and trucking operational arrangements for container unloading activities 8. Provide inventory data (stock) 9. Perform calculations and analysis of import needs Qualifications: 1. Min. Accounting or all degree from reputable university, IPK ≥ 3,0 2. Minimum of 2 experience in the same position 3. Great understanding of the process of Bea Cukai, PIB and PEB, etc 4. Able to speak English
