Key Responsibilities







Review, analyze, and validate submitted medical claims.



Ensure all claim documents meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.



Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for claim verification.



Prepare detailed and accurate claim reports in a timely manner.



Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding claim-related matters.





Requirements







Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in a medical-related field.



Relevant experience in medical claim processing, insurance, or healthcare administration.



Active English proficiency, both spoken and written.



Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.



Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
