Staff Event ( Public Relations)

Responsibilities :
• Design and produce materials for publications, event promotions, signage, visitor information, and related media
• Manage both offline and online publications within the scape of General Affairs, Primarily focusing on event and service edvertising.
• Support the execution of visitaion and events, including logistical coordination and inventory management
• Create 2D Posters and promotional videos as needed for various occasions

• Have Knowledge of photography to support visual content creation is a plus

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduates from Event Management, Design Communication Visual (DKV), or having 1- 2 year experience in event promotion & design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (active in both spoken and written English)

• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrator or others design software Expect Canva

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint,and Excel) and other admnistrative software

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail - Oriented, able to work under pressure, and good time management

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Willing to work in a dyanmic enviorment and adapt to company needs

• Willing to work overtime or outside office hourse if needed

• A Proactive and quick-thinking individuall with a professional appearance, strong communication skills and a high lebel of intiative

• Excellent in planning , conceptualization and excution
