Position Overview

Vogelkop & Baya is seeking an elite-tier Civil Staff professional to serve as a pivotal link between sophisticated architectural concepts and their structural realization. This hybrid role demands a rare synergy of advanced analytical engineering and proactive, high-stakes on-site management. As a cornerstone of our technical team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with ensuring that every project ranging from luxury residential to commercial developments adheres to the zenith of structural safety, fiscal precision, and chronological efficiency. This is not merely a supervisory role; it is a position for a professional architect of solutions who thrives in the dynamic landscape of Bali’s construction industry.







Roles and Responsibilities:





Engineering Synthesis: Develop DED, BoQ/RAB, and structural validations to ensure stability, fiscal accuracy, and regulatory compliance.



Lifecycle Documentation: Systematize progress reporting and finalize high-fidelity as-built blueprints upon project completion. Field



Oversight: Ensure rigorous on-site adherence to design specifications, material benchmarks, and corporate quality protocols. Operational



Coordination: Synchronize labor workflows with timelines while serving as a strategic conduit for stakeholder synergy. Resolution & Audit: Resolve technical contingencies and execute precise material reconciliations (opname) prior to formal handover.
