Job Description

• Welcome, greet, and engage with customers to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming store experience.

• Actively interact with customers, including assisting guests while queuing, introducing products, explaining flavors, and recommending toppings.

• Provide product knowledge and help customers choose products based on their preferences.

• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, including swirling, portioning, and adding toppings according to company standards.

• Handle cashier operations, process customer orders, and ensure transaction accuracy.

• Maintain product quality, store cleanliness, and attractive product presentation.

• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, preparation, and other operational tasks.

• Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.

• Open to both male and female candidates.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, cheerful, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.

• Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.

• Proactive in greeting customers, explaining products, and providing recommendations.

• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance with good personal hygiene.

• Energetic, hands-on, adaptable, and willing to learn different store operations.

• Willing to work on a shift basis, including evening/night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Additional Information:
On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people, and a willingness to learn.
