Qualifications :





Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store/Outlet Manager in hospitality or F&B industry.



Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.



Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.



Good knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.



Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.



Ability to plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).



Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during events.



Placement : Bandung, Jawa Barat
