Store Operation Support

Jobdesc :

Administrative & Logistical Support

1. Manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of non-product supplies (e.g., uniforms, cleaning materials, POS consumables) to all store locations.

2. Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for store equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

3. Maintain and update the central repository of all store SOPs, policies, and operational manuals.

System & Reporting Support

1. Assist in the management and troubleshooting of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other in-store technology.

2. Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for the Retail Operations Management team.

3. Process and track store-level documentation, including shift reports, incident reports, and staff scheduling records.
   

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience at least 2 years in an administrative or support role, preferably within a retail or operations environment.

3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with POS or inventory management systems.

4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
