Job Description – Strategic Planning Product Manager

As a Strategic Planning Product Manager, you will lead both product innovation and IT strategy. This hybrid role involves driving product development from ideation to launch, managing IT operations, and ensuring a secure and scalable technology environment. You’ll define product vision, align IT architecture with business goals, and develop strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity and IT planning.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Strategy:

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Develop scalable IT architecture and strategic IT planning.

• Build and implement a cybersecurity roadmap and data protection standards.

Project & Team Management:

• Oversee IT, product development projects and build dashboards (Power BI).

• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, system analysts, vendors).

• Optimize workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Manage resources and foster skill development through mentoring.

Execution & Delivery:

• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate needs into technical specs and support engineering teams.

• Ensure quality assurance, testing standards, and release readiness.

• Collaborate on user-friendly product interfaces.

Governance & Compliance:

• Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards.

• Identify and mitigate technology risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

• 3+ years in product development or IT leadership.

• Experience managing IT teams and full product lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge in software development, QA, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• Skilled in Agile tools (Jira, Git, Trello); fintech/regulatory knowledge is a plus.
