Structural Drafter Manager/ Team Leader

Seeking a full-time Structural Drafter Manager/ Team Leader with a 2-3 year experience

About the Role

This role involves drafting on residential construction drawings with Australian and Indonesian Standard

• Planning on drafting and preparing documentation of Engineering

• Make drafting workflow, process, template for team & clients

• Communicate and Collaborating with Engineer

• Other Administrative work, wether thet are directly/indirectly required to complete the work such as, follow ups to receive further information from clients and review of structural site queries

• Meeting with clients to discuss targets and drafting quality

• Make a problem solving plan according to feedback from the client

• Lead and Train drafter especially new drafter

  About You

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revits for structure

• Ability to work accurately, efficiently and proactively with strong attention to details

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

• Good organizational and time management skills
