Supervisor Contact Center
Requirements:
At least Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA 2,75
Man/Woman with maximum 36 years
Had experience as Supervisor Contact Center in digital/live chat/social media minimum 1 year
Have great communication, leadership, analysis, supervision, and evaluation skills
Have high discipline, integrity, and honesty behavior
Willing to located in Semarang (WFO) with office hour system
Great english and excel skills
Job descriptions:
Provide plan strategies, execute, supervise, and evaluate to Inbound Digital Services activities in accordance with KPI/SLA
Monitor, evaluate, coaching, and counselling periodically to achieved the performance of Inbound Digital Services; * Perform Forecasting and Analysis functions for Inbound Digital Services;
Provide reports / performance evaluation results to superiors in the form of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports;
Monitoring the recruitment process, training, on the job training, mentoring up to the day to day operational process to minimize turn over rate
