Supervisor Produksi (Stamping)

Job Description:

- Monitor and supervise employees and the production process in the stamping division.

- Ensure the production process meets all required specifications.

- Responsible for achieving the targets set for the production line.

- Provide input and suggestions for improvements related to the production process.

- Conduct in-process inspections, troubleshoot problems, and adjust machines to ensure high-quality product output

- Monitor comprehensive recording of production results.

Requirements:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Maximum age of 36 years.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Stamping Supervisor.

- Familiar with automotive manufacturing production.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and production reporting systems.

- Understand concepts like Kaizen, QCC, and other improvement methodologies.

- Understand production result recording, SOP creation and supervision for the welding/stamping division, and other documentation needs.
