SUPERVISOR PURCHASING

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in any major (preferably Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Accurate system

- Understanding of procurement procedures - Meticulous, responsive, and able to work with deadlines - Negotiation skills - Willing to be placed in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency

Job Description:

- Procurement of goods and services, including the PR process, vendor/supplier search, and negotiation of price, quality, and delivery times.

- Create purchasing documents such as Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all purchase documents are complete and comply with procedures.

- Ensure goods are shipped and received according to the PO and schedule, and coordinate with the warehouse and administration departments for the goods receipt process

- Maintain good communication with suppliers/vendors and periodically evaluate and monitor vendor performance.
