Supervisor Store (Maternity Leave)

Controlling and assuring the product is always in good quality, including assuring the raw material to produce the product is in great quality;

Controlling and assuring  store’s employee to obey Standard Operating Procedure and Corporate Regulation that is established by Corporate;

Collaborating with Store Manager to assure operational in store runs well;

Collaborating with Store Manager to solve all problem that is related to operational, both internal or external problem;

Responsible of Stock Opname & General Cleaning in store;

Controlling & monitoring training process of the new employee;

Controlling & monitoring all employee in operational daily basis such as greeting & serving customer, asking feedback from customer;

Controlling all section;

Making schedule shift for employee;

Deposit cash to the bank & prepare change for cashier;

Asking feedback directly to customer;

Monitoring building and equipment maintenance;

Becoming Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is on leave, either day off or annual leave.
