What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. Willing to work in Surabaya Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, demand planning, procurement, and logistics. Proficient in using ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve cost-efficiency and service level. Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., lead time, inventory turnover, service level). Forecast demand and plan inventory to minimize shortages or overstock. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
