Requirements 
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university. 
- Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as a surveyor/appraisal/analyst in financial institution. 
- Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior). 
- Having own vehicle (R4) and able to work under target in field. 
- Having experience in credit or lending companies will be good. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude. 
- Ready to work on weekends or after office hours.

Job Description 
- Conduct visits and surveys to customers and collect required documentation to check customer eligibility. 
- Thoroughly analyzing collateral condition (car or vehicle) and giving recommendations in system on the car appraisal. 
- Commit to the target number of visits as well as committed to SLA processing time. 
- Performing know-your-customer (KYC) process, document authentication, verification, and fraud detection. 
- Inspect and swipe the frame machine number of car (validity checking) and safely take the original BPKB to do blocking in administration service office (Samsat). 
- Ensuring all the documents and checking verification has completed with a good quality report.
